3、市場細分:市場細分是企業根據消費者需求的異質性,把整個市場劃分成不同的消費者群的過程。
4、公共關系:是指某一組織為改善與社會公眾的關系,促進公眾對組織的認識,理解及支持,達到樹立良好組織形象、促進商品銷售的目的的一系列公共活動。它本意是社會組織、集體或個人必須與其周圍的各種內部、外部公眾建立良好的關系。
5、品牌:指消費者對產品及產品系列的認知程度。是給擁有者帶來溢價、產生增值的一種無形的資產,他的載體是用以和其他競爭者的產品或勞務相區分的名稱、術語、象徵、記號或者設計及其組合,增值的源泉來自於消費者心智中形成的關於其載體的印象。
