做好企業的營銷工作非常重要,我結合公司的實際情況談一談企業應如何做營銷。
我們主要從以下三點進行工作:
一、有一個先進的營銷理念和思路
1、營銷理念。
平時經常和營銷人員講一個觀點,銷售工作是想出來的而不是干出來的,這話聽起來好像是謬論,工作應該是真抓實乾乾出來的、市場是跑出來的,怎麼是想出來的呢?但是從另一個角度來講,做營銷工作必須要有一個詳細的方案、思路,否則你去開發市場或做工作可能會無的放矢、誤打誤撞,會影響戰機,得不償失。我們當初成立公司營銷團隊的時候面臨很多困難,為此我跟大家反復強調三個問題「有信心、有耐心、有恆心」。
首先要有信心。對自己企業和產品要有信心,如果自己對自己的企業和產品沒有信心,那又怎麼能從容的在客戶面前去介紹你的企業和產品呢?我認為,自信心的培訓和鍛煉是成功營銷的開始和基礎。對於一個剛剛成立的企業,在做宣傳的時候,要揚長避短,要多宣傳自己的長處,增加自信心。
第二要有耐心。做營銷工作,好多時候面臨的是等待、拒絕,堅韌不拔的精神和鍥而不舍的努力是營銷人員必備的特質。
第三要有恆心。很多事情只要比別人再多堅持五分鍾就有成功的機會。一個項目如果有50%的希望,就要做100%的投入,要竭盡全力,想盡辦法就沒有辦不成的事。有句話講:只有想不到的事,沒有辦不成的事。
2、工作思路,應該說對營銷工作起到很大的作用,針對企業的發展和市場的變化要有不同的營銷思路。
二、要有一個適應市場變化的營銷機制
一個好的營銷方案和管理辦法可以規范和約束銷售人員的市場行為。現在是市場經濟,如果沒有一個好的機制去調動銷售人員的積極性,即使你的產品再好,也很難將其推向市場。有句話講:有了市場不等於有了一切,失去市場將失去一切。產品要想轉化為效益,營銷方面很重要。一個好的營銷機制可以給你的團隊帶來動力。企業原來還是國企的時候,派營銷人員出差,很多人積極性不高,就是在掙差旅費。但經過後來的改革,將營銷人員的態度從「要我工作」轉變為「我要工作」,使企業利益與銷售員工的自身利益緊密結合,把銷售工作當作自己的事去做,這時營銷機制才能發揮作用。所以說,機制對於營銷團隊的建設具有很大的作用。
1、營銷大師說過:經商最大的成功秘訣就是常常在你所作的每一件事中留有餘地。我覺得這句話說的非常有道理。比如說我們在做市場或者做產品,如果你的產品不是強勢品牌或者是別人不可替代的,那麼在做項目投標、報價時就要講究策略,一定要有的放矢,學會放棄和捨得,如果慾望很大,想把市場通吃,可能會與其他廠商之間有不正當競爭,也使你的利潤空間大打折扣,而且不利於企業的長期發展。做企業都是追求利益最大化,如果報價或者招、投標沒有選擇的去做,可能產生不好的效果。我們講究競爭策略、定價策略,以退為進,有舍有得,這樣在這個市場才會做的更多、更久。比如我們在招、投標報價的時候,根據品種、項目大小的額度,有時候有意識的放棄一些項目。如果全做,可能在你項目方面做的不錯,但是從整個市場來說,將來可能出現更多的競爭對手。因為企業的產品不可能佔領所有的市場。
2、對於銷售人員的事業成功,15%是由專業知識決定的,85%由個人的交際能力和處世技巧決定的。
銷售產品的前提是先把自己銷售出去。如果對方不接受你這個人,根本不會給你機會去推銷你的產品、介紹你的企業。我個人認為一項成功的營銷過程必須經過交流和溝通的過程,交流是泛泛的,而溝通是單獨的,是深層次的。我覺得,如果事情想要談成功,光靠交流是不夠的,必須經過深層次的溝通。同時,做任何項目,細節都非常重要。
3、企業產品的推廣和市場的定位非常重要。如果在推銷企業的時候,利用有效的力量在行業中找一個代表性的企業,去做項目、做市場,這種宣傳作用比做一般的市場效果要好的多。
三、有一個能夠團結進取、善於學習的營銷團隊。一個企業的好壞,與他的營銷團隊有著很密切的關系。
在營銷團隊的培養及培訓過程中,經常講,學習改變觀念,觀念改變行動,行動改變命運。特別是做營銷,在市場上,如果不學習,不向你的同行學,不向你的對手學,那你肯定要被市場淘汰。還要注意在營銷隊伍的建設中,樹立典型人物,樹立正氣讓大家學習。比如說,有的人天分雖然不是特別好,所處地域不好,但是特別努力,經過他的努力做出來的市場,也許銷售額並不比其他人強,但是他在這個區域做最好,那我就給他定位 「天道酬勤」型的,我們大家要去學習他,鼓勵他;有的人在新產品的開發上比較好,我們也鼓勵他,可能有的營銷人員在銷售時也許不賺錢,但是他的精神特別好,我們也鼓勵他,多讓團隊中樹立典型,讓大家去學習。
團隊建設的正氣是很重要的,現在市場經濟面臨很多誘惑,特別是管營銷要費很大功夫,因為營銷人員面對很多誘惑,要有一些規章去約束,但同樣精神上也要有一些控制。我認為營銷主管更要加強學習,只有你的德和能超越了這些人,你才能帶好這個團隊;如果不加強學習,你在市場的把握或在市場的高度上沒有一個原則性的高度指導,那麼銷售就不會做好。作為一個有效的管理者,不但要把事情辦的成功,而且要團結一致,讓員工工作起來心情舒暢,我想這樣營銷團隊的工作才能做的長久。
