4、公共关系:是指某一组织为改善与社会公众的关系,促进公众对组织的认识,理解及支持,达到树立良好组织形象、促进商品销售的目的的一系列公共活动。它本意是社会组织、集体或个人必须与其周围的各种内部、外部公众建立良好的关系。
5、品牌:指消费者对产品及产品系列的认知程度。是给拥有者带来溢价、产生增值的一种无形的资产,他的载体是用以和其他竞争者的产品或劳务相区分的名称、术语、象征、记号或者设计及其组合,增值的源泉来自于消费者心智中形成的关于其载体的印象。
