eBusiness Tour to Provide Latest Internet Strategies for Charlotte-Area Businesses
The rules for winning in eBusiness are changing as rapidly as the Internet itself.
The latest strategies for helping small- and mid-sized businesses triumph in the evolving world of eCommerce including how to build customer relationships online will be the focus of the upcoming day-long Charlotte eBusiness Tour on Wednesday, Nov. 15 at the Charlotte Marriott City Center. Other conference sessions include presentations by several eBusiness experts from Charlotte-based firms. Presentations include a panel discussion on trends in the e-business instry with Bill Whitley of MindBlazer, Brian Parsley of 123hire.com and Lewis Semones of Wachovia Securities, Inc. Also included will be a discussion on the fundamentals for funding, moderated by Jim Roberts of FirstRound.org, with George McAllister of the Small Business Technology Development Center (SBTDC), Howard Lubert of Safeguard Scientifics and Chris Kelly of First Flight Venture Fund. In addition, Bob Harris of LendingTree will lead a breakout session on building online relationships with customers.
