❹ 電子商務答辯問題
(一)宣講論文
電子商務論文答辯問題，要從宣講論文開始，在答辯會上,先讓學生用10-15分鍾概述論文的標題及選擇該論題的原因,較詳細地介紹論文的主要論點、論據和寫作體會。可以事先准備好講稿,講稿是答辯學生在答辯時宣講的稿子,它比摘要詳細一些,根據所限定的宣講論文的時間而定,最好能在規定時間內宣講完,否則會影響評委對論文的總體評價。同時,可藉助多媒體或幻燈片,盡可能脫稿宣講。
(二)問題答辯
主答辯老師一般提2-3個問題。老師提問完後,可以先讓學生獨立准備10-15分鍾,再來回答;或由主答辯老師提出問題後,學生立即作答,隨問隨答。可以是對話式的,也可以是主答辯老師一次性提出數個問題,學生在聽清楚記下來後,按順序逐一做出回答。根據學生回答的具體情況,主答辯老師和其他答辯老師隨時可以適當插問。
(三)成績評定
畢業論文成績包含畢業論文評閱成績和答辯成績,其中論文評閱成績由導師評閱成績和1-2位論文評審人評閱成績組成。評閱成績依據包括開題報告的情況、學生的業務水平、畢業論文的總體質量和整個畢業論文環節過程中的工作態度等。評閱成績和答辯成績在總評成績中所佔分值比例,由各學院根據專業特點確定。
畢業論文的成績按百分制記分,其中優秀比例控制在20%左右,優秀的畢業論文必須參加學院的大組答辯,各專業學生畢業論文成績總體應呈正態分布。各學院根據本學院制定的評選細則評選院級優秀畢業論文,申報後,教務處組織專家組參照相關規定對申報的優秀畢業論文進行評審。教務處公示評審結果,公示時間為1周。經公示無異議並報分管校領導批准後公布評選結果,並由教務處將優秀畢業論文匯編成冊。
(四)論文存檔
學生畢業論文的資料要以紙質形式裝入學生畢業論文資料袋;同一專業所有畢業生的畢業論文匯總資料,要以紙質形式和電子文檔形式(光碟)裝入畢業論文專業匯總資料袋。學生的畢業論文要長期保存。
