北京： 这部4分钟的短片一共分为5个部分，各部分之间以北京申奥标志效果进行分隔，以图像和音乐的形式展现欣欣向荣的北京和申办工作的情况。他想用一张张普通中国人的灿烂的笑容，表现一个世界文化历史名城所散发出的活力，表现民众热情参与和支持，以及中国人对奥运精神的理解。宣传片中集合了天坛、长城、龙、火、花卉、华表、汉字、京剧脸谱、人物、世纪坛、五色土等。我相信奥运会只有民族的，才是世界的。
伦敦：虽然他们并没有过多的讲自己的城市，但毕竟他们的城市不像北京，很多人都去过这些大城市，不需要赘述。英式的幽默也表现得淋漓尽致。它不会像美式的那样很多夸张的笑容，他们还是喜欢一种处乱不惊的神态，然后不经意间再来一个小小的调侃，很有味道。表现着和平。

哪有啊！人家音乐都是摇滚的！一切都显得朝气蓬勃！一个非常年轻的国际化大都市！
1、等车的人包括各种肤色的人，表现出伦敦是一个国际性都市，主要表现其文化的多元性和包容性。
2、有残疾人表现出残奥的元素，这一点考虑比较周到，也体现出人文关怀。
3、双层大巴是除白金汉宫、大苯钟、伦敦桥之外最后有特色的伦敦标志。
4、英国的流行歌曲在世界上的地位是极高的，英国文化的象征之一就是摇滚。
5、雨伞表现出伦敦的气候特征，也是英国人日常生活的必备品，雨伞出现在道路上使人立刻想起《雾都孤儿》等伟大的英国作品。
6、街舞部分表现出奥运是大众聚会，街舞本身就是大众文化。
7、等侯公交车的情景设置表现奥运的平民化特征，这一点可能是我们最不能做到的。
8、小贝的出现主要表现体育元素，是伦敦和体育的结合，相比我们的开闭幕式和雅典八分钟最缺乏的就是体育元素，不知为什么，是导演没想到还是怎么回事，什么都有就是没体育。

其实英国有很多可以体现的元素，文艺复兴、工业革命等等等等，但伦敦八分钟一点都没有去涉及，这体现出他们的自信。
我认为伦敦八分钟最大的特点就是三个字“平民化”。
