那天是個大概50多歲的男同志,看樣子象是做生意的,(小生意那種)從我們店面前經過,我招呼他;「先生,選購電腦嗎?ThinkPad最近賣的挺火的 ,怎麼樣做個參考?」顧客:「沒有,我來修個列印機」然後問我哪裡有修的,我告訴了他該怎麼走,然後他從我們店裡面經過,忽然問我某款的ThinkPad是什麼價,我就來了興趣了,給他介紹了下,看他興趣不是濃,我就說「您要選電腦的話,我帶你去我們展銷中心看看,那裡機器款式多,價格幅度大,可以根據自己的要求選購」那顧客就問我展銷中心在哪裡,我看有意思,然後就說「就在我們店面的樓上,坐電梯很快就到」然後他讓我帶他看看。我們在走去乘電梯的時候,一直在交談,他也是時不時的說自己只是看看,我感覺不象只是看看那麼簡單,到了樓上拿了一款價格和他說的差不多的機器給他看 ,沒想到他對電腦的硬碟感興趣,看什麼電腦都要是250的,給他160的他不要,其他的配置也漠不關心(估計是電腦知識不了解),我就投其所好,專揀250的往外推,最後他看好了一款然後就談價格,他出的價格和那款電腦的價格相差了幾百元錢,怎麼著都不想再出了,然後我就說給他換那款160的硬碟才可以,他死活不同意,最後還是掏腰包買了那個250硬碟的。
做銷售,要看顧客的需要和心理,掌握了 這些 ,我們有那麼多產品還不夠推的嗎?

聯想領導談聯想
在2004年底收購IBMPC業務前的連續五年,聯想的主要競爭對手(戴爾)的市場份額與利潤率不斷擴大。聯想集團總裁楊元慶帶領團隊進行深刻地分析和調查,最後得出結論,將PC客戶分為關系型和交易型。

關系型客戶就是指那些大型的、中型的商業客戶,比如政府部門和大中型企業,是長期合作夥伴;交易型客戶主要的就是通過銷售渠道、代理商,到達廣大的個人消費者和中小企業,對這些廣大的消費者來說,他們買的就是一台,買的是具體機器。一個要求按客戶要求量身定做;另一個則是產品推動銷售。

聯想擅長交易型,而IBM則擅長關系型,二者正好形成了優勢互補。雙運營模式在兩個季度之後就卓見成效。2005年全年銷售份額高達30%。

從1999年開始,原家世界家居就開始使用聯想PC產品。到目前為止,家得寶一共保有1000多台PC機,幾乎全部都是聯想產品。

家得寶的信息化選擇

家得寶(天津)商業有限公司是一家經營建築裝飾、裝修材料及相關商品的大型專業倉儲式自選連鎖超市,其前身是家世界家居建材超市連鎖,2006年末,全球最大的建材家居零售企業美國家得寶公司對家世界家居進行了收購。隨著家得寶開始將中國作為其亞洲地區業務拓展的重點,家得寶在中國的業務不斷拓展,目前,其業務已經遍布天津、西安、北京、青島、沈陽、鄭州等多個城市。

管理系統保障業務高速運行

有意思的是,家得寶收購家世界家居後,並沒有放棄使用家世界家居原有的信息系統,而是仍然沿用家世界原有的信息系統架構。早在1996年家世界家居創建伊始,公司就決定建立符合本行業未來發展的IT架構,以適應不斷變化的業務需求。根據集團制定的「集束式發展」戰略,家世界購置了一套專門的零售業管理軟體——美國JDA軟體,希望公司從一開始就能夠繼承和發揚國際先進的零售業企業經驗,從商品管理、店面操作、空間品類管理、客戶數據等各方面規范企業的業務流程,有效解決管理控制、管理效率、運營風險、客戶跟蹤等問題,將公司主營業務流程迅速整合起來。

硬體保障彰顯聯想PC精彩

對於家居連鎖企業而言,保證低成本運營是企業生存的關鍵,但在家得寶還是家世界家居的時候,企業在IT設備的選擇上就從未單單考慮成本,最優的性價比是他們采購IT設備時最主要考慮的因素,因此,在家得寶,一些小型機和伺服器,主要是IBM品牌。而PC機,則幾乎百分之百是聯想品牌。

從1999年開始,原家世界家居就開始使用聯想PC產品。到目前為止,家得寶一共保有1000多台PC機,幾乎全部都是聯想產品。

談到采購聯想產品的原因,任慶峰表示,公司之所以多年來一直堅持采購聯想PC,主要是基於品質和服務的考慮。長期以來,聯想PC一直以品質為立身之本,而聯想服務在國內更是有口皆碑。家世界在全國有多家連鎖超市,而聯想的售後服務網點則遍布全國,服務支持非常到位。現在,作為聯想集團的大客戶,家得寶還享有聯想為大客戶提供的特殊高級別專門服務,比如支持產品定製生產,以及唯一的專線鎖定服務。

也正因此,雖然作為全球最大的建材家居零售企業,家得寶與全球主要PC供應商都簽有采購合同,家得寶相關負責人也向任慶峰提起過PC采購品牌問題,但當任慶峰將多年來使用聯想PC的感受向他作了詳細介紹之後,這位負責人改變了自己的想法,當然,令他改變想法的另外一個原因是,收購IBM PC後,聯想已發展成為一家擁有國際化背景的跨國企業集團。

聯想總體定價策略是定位高,通過提供高質量產品和優質服務及良好的版品牌形象來維持高價。具體權到不同的子品牌和不同產品系列又各有差異。
例如IDEAPAD作為家用品牌,性價比是其要著重考慮的,但也有例外,如U系列,其性能就不怎麼用,但是其如商務機一樣的做工,移動能力強,附加功能完善,定價甚至會超過性能最強的Y系列。
THINKPAD作為商務機,性能只是其考慮的一個方面,聯想能商務機市場劃分非常細,一些細分市場很小,但顧客經濟條件好,不在乎價格,當然聯想也力求為他們打造最合適的機子,如X系列,其中的13寸機實際就是為企業高管定製的,整個就是圍繞數據安全打造,相對要在裡面放的價值成百上千萬的資料,筆記本兩三萬元的價格又算得了什麼。但近年來THINKPAD也越來親民了,各個系列都有低價款,有些系列還主要性價比,如SL系列,E系列。
其它如揚天,昭陽這樣的商務機則定價很模糊,官方報價很高,實際市場價則可以很低,這似乎給那些生意有點淡的商務機的銷售商送錢的。
