『拾』 超級街霸4的游戲背景

《超級街頭霸王4》是以《街頭霸王4》為基礎，加強內容並調整了平衡性的強化版。游戲角色方面加入了《街頭霸王2》中大家熟悉的墨西哥飛鷹等經典角色之外，也有使用踢技為主的新女性角色Juri。游戲的系統並沒有進行大幅的修改，不過本次為每個角色都至少新增了一個新的UC必殺技，使得戰斗更加充滿變數。
在經歷了10年歲月、兩代主機更迭交替、無以計數的傳聞和猜測後，Capcom公司的格鬥游戲名作《街頭霸王》系列的最新續作《街頭霸王4》終於向玩家們顯露出他的真實面貌。

從官方公開的實際游戲畫面不難看出，游戲中的角色是3D多邊形建模的，而戰斗形式則依然是玩家們所熟悉的2D風格。可以說官方游戲畫面的表現效果相當驚人，特別是在之前那段震撼宣傳片公布之後，實際游戲畫面沒有辜負玩家們的熱切期待。
Capcom官方還透露，《街頭霸王4》將會增加大量新場景、新操作特性，游戲依然採用傳統的6鍵控制，但所有角色都將有大量新動作加入。另外官方還確認，肯、隆、春麗和修行僧達爾錫姆將在本作中回歸，但其他登場人物名單沒有對外公開。
