我認為，這版海報主要是向大家傳達《瘋狂外星人》對經典影片《ET》的致敬。因為兩部電影在定位上有很多相似，都是科幻片，都有外星人來訪。

首先，兩部電影都是帶有溫情的科幻片。1982年，一部帶有溫情和笑點的科幻片《ET:外星人》獲得大家的喜歡，這部電影在今天也被很多人奉為經典，在那個特效不發達的年代，《ET》憑借超越星球的溫情，輕松、充滿幻想的劇情，讓大家對它念念不忘，被稱為「最有溫情的科幻片」。而《瘋狂的外星人》根據劉慈欣的小說《鄉村教師》改編，讀過這篇故事的人都知道，這篇故事裡講述的是一位鄉村教師盡自己力量所做的事，文明薪火相傳的不易，歷經劫難，蚍蜉撼大樹的渺小而悲壯之感……這篇科幻故事本身就足夠溫情，足夠讓人落淚。

第三，經典之所以成為經典，因為它不管在哪個時代，都能夠感染觀眾，所以經典值得被致敬。在《ET外星人》中，小ET通過發揮它的「神力」讓騎著自行車的孩子們可以脫離地面，躍到天空，這一幕被奉為全片是最經典的一幕，既有科幻片的想像力，也有帶著童心和溫情，這樣的片段值得被致敬，《瘋狂的外星人》效仿這版海報，就是向這部不可超越的經典科幻片致敬。


一部經典電影值得被致敬，一部優秀的電影也可以在致敬和借鑒學習中獲得啟示。《ET外星人》值得被大家喜歡，《瘋狂的外星人》也是值得期待的一部片子。
